As for using, reproducing, displaying, or performing submissions through the functionality of the site - this simply states that you can watch these videos on any device that can properly load this website. YouTube does not include functionality to download submissions. As soon as you've used non-youtube software to 'steal' submissions, you have already violated the TOS agreement.

Otherwise, YouTube could face some legal issues and be held partially responsible. You must register with the copyright office before you can seek financial compensation for damages, but the video is otherwise protected at creation.

Learning something new each day. The DMCA. for as long as i have been useing YT i never posted any vids.I support vids and the freedom of speach. I have also seen many people get the boot for posting vids that were very dangerous to the general public in reguards to the wars and the types of warriors breaking international law. And on the subject of 911 i have seen many accounts suspended without clear reasons for the suspention. I may not like somones vid, But we must have freedom of expression

Are you planning on appealing this false DMCA claim?
I can only hope this act doesn't look bad upon other vegetarians, however, that is unlikely. I do not think that there is any link between him being vegetarian and him filing a false DMCA claim. But people will probably just see it as another reason to dislike vegetarian people!

I don't have a problem with vegetarians, I suspect most don't either. Its a way of life some people chose to fallow. Onision makes the argument that its a requirement that we all become vegetarians because it gos against nature. Big difference in "chose" and "require". Moreover his beliefs have no barring on the legality of his actions. False DMCA claim will be dealt with in legality manner. To do other wise would be hypocritical.

Wow, Onision looks like a vegetarian version of PCS - they both LOVE to do the following:
(1) Abuse the DMCA to sensor critics

How about the DMCAAbuse Channel making a 10 second clip which cites the Fair Use clause of the DMCA and describes the potential consquences of false claims, which anyone who wants to make a video response using downloaded segments can add to the start of their vids?
