Im not talking about ryu charging his focus attack. i mean when they both simultaneously hit each other, guile remained crouching for a sec then was stunned then was swept to death. supposedly after being hit from a charged FA, the victim enters into a stunned animation.
neither am i; i play guile about 12 hours a week and there's nothing odd at all with what happens in the video. ryu FAs and guile gets hit. after he eats it, he crumples (crumple state is new for sfiv).

is it just me or did the stun animation lagged at 1:25 cuz that looked kinda glitchy.

there was no stun at 1:25. that was a focus attack (or saving attack in jp).
