@mozad655 They are the same formula, it is just the delivery system that is different. The liquid is the easiest to apply directly on the chain and leaves little mess. The aerosol works great if you want to lube your derailleurs since you can just spray it on and wipe off the excess. It is also easier to lube pivot points with the aerosol. The only downside with the spray is that you need to be more precise since it is easier to over spray.
What is the difference between the spray version of the lube and the liquid version? Which would you recommend and why?
