I also have gray hair except I have what I like to call my "Jay Lenno patch" because it is all in one spot. My grandpa went 100 percent gray at 25 so it runs in my family. I have come to terms with coloring my hair for many years to come.
I am finding so many people around my age that do not want kids. As of right now, I don't want any either. Maybe later on in life, but not now. I use to want them & I'm really good with kids but I just don't have that maternal longing. (Much to my mother's dismay.) If I do decide to have them I think I would choose adoption. It is nice to hear others say the same because you really start to wonder if something is wrong with you & other people look at you like you are crazy when you tell them too
I have never been much of a sweater myself until about 2 or so months ago. I've never been much of a water drinker. In fact, I've dealt with chronic dehydration since I was a kid. Now I drink a ton of water & when I'm exercising, the sweat just pours off of me. Not as bad as some people but way more than it use to.
