De pere Wisconsin city council is trying to ban state police cleared law abiding handgun carrying people from taking guns in public places of the city. When are they going to see that this won’t criminals from bringing guns to these places ? please see the racist roots of gun control on my channel for explaining why banning guns from government buildings and parks doesn’t make sense
Just saw him last night in Connecticut. I've seen him three times before. He never fails to impress! He's even better now than he was way back when! He hasn't lost anything! He's got the voice, the guitar and a good head on his shoulder! He still totally rocks!
I'd love to see Peter Frampton live.He does this song so good live it is better than the old 70s recorded version. The sound on here is crackly though.Shame coz whoever filmed him was lucky.
sorry folks i'm posting too much re frampton bt jst remembered (not bad for an old one) he started out in u.k. as the baby at 17 in a band called The Herd, the went to Steve marriots Humble Pie then harvey goldsmith hijacked him and made him a US rock star.
I wish I could see him again. I only saw him 4 times this year...LOL. Enjoy...There is no one else like him, and you are right...he's not a sell out like the others you have to listen to these days....
I´ve got five guitar strings from 1977 when he played in Brazil. When the album "where I should be" was released, I bought one and made the most stupid thing one can do with something dear, I lended it to a girl who didn´t give me back.
Love love love Bowie and also Frampton, thanks for the info. I knew they were friends, but not the exact connection, interesting. Also interesting that Frampton is a naturalized American. Well, he'll always still be British, that is for sure. What a talented guy!
ktronica, just so you know. Peter Frampton yes is born English but he is now a Naturalized American. He became one around 9/11 I believe so yes is is now a great American!!!!
He became one after 9-11, He came out publicly and stated he felt like an American and having lived here with his American Born Wife for many years. He then went out and did what he needed to do to become Naturalized!
CINCINNATI, Ohio (AP) -- The September 11 terrorist attacks have prompted Peter Frampton, now a resident of suburban Cincinnati, to sponsor a benefit concert.
Frampton, a native of England, also said he intends to become a U.S. citizen.
"Because of what's happened, everyone feels a little more American since Sept. 11," he said. "I've got the forms to start the process to become an American citizen. I will become one as soon as I can."
wow...great to see frampton....still has his voice for this song...great person....brought back many memories...like 31 years ago....wow, where did the years go....frampton is great and will always be part of the music today....stars may come and go, but legends live on....and frampton does just that....hey, thanks for the video...nice to watch and remenise
that's easy for you to say. I had been shooting video right before that and my arms were buckling under the strain. Have new video from this year that's better but it's too big and can't figure out how to downsize it, when I do will but it up. less shaking. seeing peter again tomorrow and friday
Frampton rules. He's aged relatively well, and his manner of joking attends to his advanced years. Geezer jokes galore! He did a lot to popularize this effects box as well. Nice archival shot--but unless you were being beaten by Hell's Angels with tire irons--I doubt the pogo-stick camera work is attributable to the crowd. Hold 'er steady there, cap'n!
It's not a bad clip at all. I've seen far worse and you did well considering the crowds. Peter Frampton has got a superb sense of humour ..far better than most of the commentators on this site. I knew someone who went to school with Frampton back in Beckenham way back in the early 60's. Same classroom as David Bowie also.
Wow that's cool... Yea he has a great sense of humor and is a wonderful performer..Met him in person last year and he couldn't have been nicer. Have new videos, when I figure how to size it will put it up.
Yeah, i come from South London like Peter and a guy i worked with with knew him really well. Frampton , Bill Wyman, David Bowie all come the same area in London. Peter is a tiny guy. Around 5' 5". He was abit pretentious around the '70s but he's a much more sincere guy today. Like Clapton, he's aged well.
Wow, wish I could have known him like that. Yes, now, not pretenious at all, took the time to speak with us and take pictures it was a fantastic night. Thanks for your comments. My new videos there's no shaking at all so hopefully get them up one day. If you know a downsizing service I can use let me know so I can do it and get them up.
Yes, i think in the 70s Frampton had a bad drug problem and that caused him to act abit strange. I also saw him when he was with 'Humble Pie'. Unbelievable band! I shall ask around about the downsizing service. Thanks for this video. It brings back some great memories.
Screw you, I've had 6,3987 views and not one complaint till you. I'm not spielberg I recorded the best I could standing as close as I could with people bumping me constantly...If you can do better I'd like to see it.
