The difference is you are not forcing me to eat unhealthy foods. When people smoke in public places, the smokers bad habit is then forced upon others. Just please think about being respectful to other people and more importantly their children.

If smoking kills so many people, then the real answer is not controlling where they can smoke but just making it illegal.

Oh well guess what kills more than smoking, overeating, I guess you want to ban where people can eat if i follow your logic.
