  • Comment removed

  • cool

  • just sub'd, hope you'll do the same

  • yes gold an silver are money, wake up !

  • @twin1010101010 Im 14 and i've been to several coin shows, but yeah most kids my age have never even heard of one.

  • Glad to see that you got yourself some 2011 Kookaburras and Koalas :) My experience buying here in Australia is that the Kooka's carry a slightly higher premium (about $2 higher) than the Koalas - I'm not sure if it's because of the limited mintage (300,000 coins per year), or that the Kookaburra series has been around for 22 years and is the most popular Perth Mint product, or simply because the artwork on the Koalas (2009 and 2010) wasn't that good.

  • @SGTbull07 Kinda upset my town doesnt have such awesome events! I would have wet my un-mentionables if that kind of show appeard here in town! Love it! Keep up the awesome work STG! Love your videos...love the info you bring to us! Take care..God bless!

  • I'm sorry but has anyone else noticed how many FAT Americans their are. It would be nice to have all the Gold and Silver in the World, but what would it be worth if your just a FAT DISGUSTING SLOB?

  • @sadie07047 yeah, like all markets, silver has what we call a "pullback" or corrections. it gets a little technical around there, and thats usually where you'd have to do a lot of research or look into forums like silverseek. com and learn from long time traders.

  • @sadie07047 yeah, like all markets, they silver has what we call a "pullback" or corrects. it gets a little technical when there, thats usually where you'd have to do a lot of research or look into forums like silverseek. com and learn from long time traders.

  • I like the hand poured and hand stamped bars from Monarch too. They have good prices too.

  • Lucky man! I wished to be with you at that show!

  • Oh cool ur from the twin cities too!

  • I just started collecting US minted silver last year and wouldn't you know it as soon as I pick a hobby, it becomes more expensive than I can handle!

  • How come you never film yourself talking?

  • SGT, what do you think about generic bars? I just recently called around and saw that people prefer bars with a certain mint name, not just the 999 mark. What do you say? Is it better to by with a well known name or any mint name rather than the generic made in usa bars that have symbols like a coin on them but just say made in usa?

  • @Quranite I tend to prefer the government issued coins and when I buy poured bars I prefer they have a stamp indicating the mint or the brand (Engelhard, Johnsom Mathey, Monarch, Perth Mint, etc)... but ultimately if you like it and it is .999 fine, and the price is fair, go for it.

  • @SGTbull07 Thanks for that. I guess the issue is that when you do want to sell you might get cheated for one of those generic bars because whoever is buying will act like they can't be sure that it's real without a trusted mint name, even if it is pure 999 fine. The fair is much fairer on those generic bars, but I'm wondering if there is a hidden cost, i.e. doubt about its authenticity.

  • @SGTbull07 SG, there's the fact of the fake bars. It is more easy to find falsification on reknowned names as Engelhard than fakes in generic bars... as here in yt a user shows...

  • SGT, if you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for the kooks and other stuff? Just curious what the premiums might be. I'll try to get out to the next coin show in St. Paul soon. I missed this one! : (

  • Great work SGT

Looks like the word is getting out, i wonder if we'll see the correction they guy mentions or maybe we just has it and it was milder than expected?

looks like silver's got it's old intra-day high in its sights!

  • Keep gold AND silver... Don't put all eggs in one basket. Nice vid tho.

  • damn friend. You must have a very high paying job:)

  • If you like the Engelhard poured loaf style you should also snag a Silvertowne poured bar. They have this frosted finish that feels amazing.

  • Great video as usual SGT!!!! Wish I could have rummaged trough all that silver, what a show! Nothing like that round my parts, here in the UK everyone is selling their silver and gold! Great fun to be had me thinks!.... Accumulate gradually.

  • @CelticReject CR, selling their silver & gold you say? In this environment of money printing to infinity? That's lunacy!

  • i really appreciate your vids sgt

  • Great videos SGT!! I was wondering if you would be able to give me some info on the Monarchs as I really want them!! :)

  • @LickrsFlicks sure, on the web, it's monarch precious metals (dot) com

  • @SGTbull07 - Thank-you! :)

  • Thanks SG. It's always neat for me to watch the coin show vids because where I live, we never have the opportunity to see them. So thank you for that!

Will run over and sub to your other channel. You aren't going to double post though are you? Meaning post the same ones on this channel over there.

  • @scutter4christ No, I don't think so. I may put some original content up over there though. We'll see!

  • Sell Gold... Buy SILVER!

  • Nice show...You still have snow...I'm glad ours is gone and I hope for good !

  • Sell your silver and buy gold -- not the other way around! You really should read FOFOA's blog...

  • @Breycor I agree with John Embry and Eric Sprott, the silver/gold ratio is returning to 20 to 1 or lower. The gold I traded out for silver when the ratio was still 56 to 1 also proved to be a sound decision. I have read FOFOA.

  • @SGTbull07

The silver/gold ratio will soon close in at 5:1 according multiple predictions on the web.

  • @SGTbull07 With the majority of people swapping their gold for silver, as well as people coming out of the 'woodwork' to buy silver; something just doesn't smell right. Even though I own a lot of silver bullion, I think gold is going to be the winner in the end.

  • @Breycor Are you nuts, better get off that crack pipe!

  • @Breycor BTW, today's action (3.23.11) went silver's way, again. Gold was up $10.40, silver ws up 93 cents, that reflects a 11 to 1 silver to gold ratio, which is exactly what we are seeing in world wide silver prodcution levels now. There is only 10-11 times more silver being mined annually than gold. Silver is going to continue to appreciate faster than gold. (Maybe the FOFOA guy should visit my Channel)...

  • @SGTbull07 Trust me; no one is more happier than me that silver is taking off. But swapping your gold for silver at this point isn't very wise, IMO. Think about this: central banks and gov'ts around the world are buying gold, not silver. There seem to be big plans regarding gold....

  • @Breycor I don't disagree with you at all about gold's bright future. It's just that gold is a trillion dollar market, silver is a tiny $40 billion market... it will move much more in percentage terms as it returns to its historical relationship with gold of 15 to 1 - that means for anyone who sells some gold to buy some silver at the current ratio, will likely have made a good choice. Ive been right so far, and I expect that to continue to be the case. It's just a simple case of basic math.

  • @SGTbull07 Silver's roll as money has changed because the supply is very unstable. Do you think silver will be 'money' when we run out of it in 10-15 years? This is actually a case against silver. The ratio doesn't mean anything.... it's not simple basic math. Plus, when gold makes it's massive revaluation, I'd hate to be only holding silver.

  • @Breycor Maybe not money, but surely it will be treasurized as it is for gold...

  • @SGTbull07 I completely agree. Silver is still a very little and delicate market, it is increasing fast from the 2009 and the fact that the silver suppliers ran out of it make us think for the best for silver... but you believe to the old ratio 15:1? There is lesser silver than in 1800. Mabe a more correct 10:1 ratio? Now we are at about 56:1

  • @Breycor I know China is buying silver, actually...

  • @evadidio they're not just buying, they're hoarding it! as well as other countries..

  • @twin1010101010 Glad to hear it :) You are not alone my good friend.

  • @twin1010101010 Don't be so sure. I've been stacking since high school (junior in college now). I've built up a sufficient stack and I know many others doing the same. My generation is split: The ones that are aware of what's happening economically and the ones aware of what's happening in the latest gossip. I feel sorry for the latter half.

  • Wow that was a nice coin show, loads of traders. It's kind of interesting to hear people who only seem to know the physical market cos most of the "analysis" you hear in the media is about the paper market which is barely a useful valuation guide given how opaque it is. Silverfuturist had a video where the guy seemed to imply that the physical picture was really what interested him when buying as opposed to the spot price of silver on the electronic market.

    And thanks for the update.

  • @twin1010101010 Whahaha indeed.

  • First batch of koalas! Shame on you SGT, shame on you! lol!

  • Thank you very much, sir.

  • Now I am thinking that since for all these years that gold has been hoarded and silver is used , it is possile that they could switch roles.Gold is used industrialy but not nearly as much as silver ,and silver will become more and more scarce..If silver starts to really catch uP with gold ,industrial demand of gold will increase, and silver hoarding may increase too...Any one agree?

  • For those who go to these types of shows, is there a bigger premium buying at the shows versus the typical online retailer? Never been to a coin show before so I wasn't sure if it's worth the admission price to buy a small amount of coins. There's a lot of real money floating around that building though, WOW!

  • @brown55061 I purchased silver Koalas & Kooks for $40 each, not too bad, Check what they'll cost you on line. They go for $45 - $55 on ebay.

  • @SGTbull07 I see your post here about the price. Sorry.

  • SGT: BREAKING NEWS!! North Carolina man victim of gold and silver confiscation. Check "The News UNIT Blogspot"

  • @newsunit thanks, will do.

  • I went to a big coin show last weekend in SoCal. I went to the same show 6 mos ago. There was a HUGE difference. This time, it was crowded and I saw people buying silver bullion and talking about silver. Most dealers had silver bullion for sale whereas last time only a couple had silver. I'm not selling my gold though because things seem too uncertain for future currency. I own about 85% silver and 15% gold.

  • A bit more traffic than the last coin show video.

  • Thanks for hooking me up with Monarch!

  • SGT what are the tax ramifications on trading gold for silver when you had a large gain in gold?

  • @finster37 Your basis in the gold transfers to the silver.

  • The leader of a group that marketed a fake currency called Liberty Dollars in the Asheville area and elsewhere has been found guilty by a federal jury of conspiracy against the government in a case of “domestic terrorism

  • The age avarage in this crowd is pretty high , not a lot of you folks , well usually the older you are the more money you have to invest in precious metal and numismatic

  • This video worked for me. I am in Germany. I have to use hidemyass usually to get to your videos to hide my IP address but this one popped up right away. The Ben Bernank is shooting his last bullets (HSBC, JP Morgan, and Comex) at the Silver Price. We need to buy as much silver as we can because this terrifies the banksters. They know their "Owe"bama buck Ponzi Scheme is over once the people wake up. In Germany 5 times a year I can trade in 10 Euro notes for 10 Euro Silver coins with 10g Silver!

  • Great video. Got some Koala's and Kook's but did you get any Sheep? HAHA.

  • Nice info as usual - good stuff -Thanks

  • we don't have coin shows or even shops in them UK, still some good websites, ordering from the US can be hard, we pay 20% VAT but when we sell over here we add 20% back on top, so we mactually make money out of the VAT ourselves!

  • @WW3Revolution lmfao! epic!

  • you forgot to mention the most important information:

how much were 1ounce bullions selling for this weekend??

  • Another great report , thanks SGT. But I must say, I am surprised by how few dealers there were at the biggest show in the area. I'm a lapidary and go to rock shows a lot. and, the smallest rock show I go to had a larger number of dealers than this biggest coin show. Who would have guessed.

  • Eny you, I would feel like a kid in a candy store and would have max out my cards in that coin show!Wish I was there!Silver Porn!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • aarrhhuuuu, got my daily does of AG fix. thanks sgt

  • Look at the age group there, I saw very few younger people!

  • I love how they call it a money show

  • at those coin shows's do you pay cash or can you use other means of "money". ect . visa, mastercard

  • Larry and His son Mark are my Local Dealers, great guys and very knowledgeable.

  • @twin1010101010 i was thinking the same thing.its sad times,my kid and all his friends 10yr old addicted to black ops on ps3,i guess at least hes not blowing the lil money he does have, however the money he has is real and not paper anyway.

  • you should check out the 10 oz silver koalas. I bought a bunch from APMEX when they were pretty cheap because they were 2010s

  • 2:35 you should ask him ..can i barrow a pen

  • i am buying junk now, premiums have gotten way to high now.

  • @newbeflipflop hu, premiums are nothing. if you lived in eurpope, you pay premiums + 20% vat. count your lucky eggs

  • @colinjockgraham the VAT is n't that bad you may pay £5 VAT now but when you sell down the road you could be adding £20 VAT on, in a nutshell you can make more money from silver in the UK

  • @MorpheusWasRight ye, true. all relative

  • @twin1010101010

    And i-[products].

  • @HiPointMan I agree, I also have no house note, no cc debt and very few expenses and have been stacking pretty seriously for over a year. With over 1200 ounces I am feel that i am gettng closer to where I want to be!

  • I won't add much more to my position between now and the 29th of March. I'm stacked sufficiently though. If the bankers have more rope by the end of the month I'll roll with that scenario and keep stacking. I get stock dividends early April so if cheap silver is still available after March I'll be picking up a stack like the one you just hauled in. Honestly though I hope the bankers are finally cornered at the end of the month. It is time to coast.

  • @drewzillasaurusrex probably a good strategy d, as for me, I'm addicted to Ag. (Which is probably a lot better than what Charlie Sheen is addicted to).

  • @SGTbull07 I have silver and gold...so I am Bi-winning!

  • Gold has been kind of a somnolent market of late, yet I recall Harry Schultz's admonition, "Never sell a sleepy market."

    Gold will go off.

  • 1 person works for gold4cash

  • @HiPointMan That's great if you are buying a couple of ounces here and there, but if you are a serious stacker buying from a coin dealer or thru Apmex makes more sense.

  • Thanks Way to inform the people more silver needs to be purchased and held to drive us to new highs!

  • I have a 15kg block (along with smaller sizes). Is there going to be a buyer if the price goes up 10 or 20 fold? Will an industrial company buy this from me?

  • @OZtruth1 sure there will be buyers. Just as there are buyers now for $1420 gold, $725 Palladium and $330 Apple stock. When gold is at $5,000 - $175/oz silver will look cheap! BTW Jim at the Golden State Mint will buy your 15kg block right now if you'd like, send him an e-mail.

  • @SGTbull07 thanks SGT. I'm new to this business. Seemed everybody was buying coins and smaller bars. I didn't want an issue down the road. And I won't be selling! lol

  • that point about trading your Gold for silver, mate,i honestly think that Trading in your gold to buy silver(at record highs) is risky. But thats my opinion :D we can all spend our hard earned money on what we see fit,i guess the moral of the story is..

SGT ....kooks haha the way you say it ,made me laugh, and $40 for a kook wow mate that is cheaper that i get em in Oz for.If i bought a Monster box(500 coins) it would cost me $41.08 a coin on average, mate $40 is dirt cheap, another bargain for SGT!

  • @investornator I hear ya, you Aussies all sound much better to us Yanks any way!

  • I hate your videos. BECACUSE I JAVE MPH GOLDDDDD.

I mean i have no money. LoL. Keep up teh good work. (Teh intentionallY) best regards.

  • Looking forward to the new micro doc mentioned! Sub to the other channel, done!

  • @lantsurfer thanks my friend!

  • Holy freakin shit ! I've never seen anything like this before. Thanks for the video coverage of the show. My heart started to beat a little faster. If there was a PM Porn Awards show, this video may take Best Picture :)

  • Just got back from the 2nd? biggest show at the Sacramento Convention Center -The ANA National Money Show, it was Awesome! (absolutely NO discounts on Bullion though!)

  • @Silveready1 sweet. yeah, it wasn't cheap here either. But the kooks and the koalas still go for waaay more on ebay than what I paid.

  • I managed to scrape up enough cash to order 12 of those 5 ounce bars on Thursday!

I really wanted the 3 ounce bars, but they were sold out. I'm excited to get the 5's, but I hope the 3 ounce ones are back in stock next month as I have another gig lined up which should provide a little more funds for silver.

Thanks for showing the Monarch bars - I tracked them down after seeing your previous vid.

    :)

  • @continuityofliberty NICE - 12 of em, now THAT'S a stack! I look forward to your vid showing them...

  • @SGTbull07

I've never done a "silver porn" vid, but I may have to if they're as cool as they look.

I have a few of the 10 ounce poured Academy bars from Scottsdale Silver, but I never really liked the way they stacked. The Monarchs have the "raw" look to them, but also have a very stackable shape (plus - my daughter likes the "princess" crown in the logo)

I enjoyed your comment about them looking like Pirate Booty because that's exactly why I bought them!

  • @SGTbull07

    The bars are awesome!

They just notified me they had more so I ordered a few to add to the stack. They had 23 in stock about an hour ago - now they have only 4!

  • why oh why did i sell my 50 oz silver?

  • @eliden :( you can always buy em back!

  • Uff Da! Where's the lefse?? Yah shor! You betcha! You Minnesota boys! Looks like 694 east near Arden Hills......hmmm....Just teasin ya, then. I was a Minnesotan once, but no more. I now live a few miles from the artic circle. Silver keeps better in the cold. Came here for the weather, ya know. Good vid, thanks SGT.

  • @lumberjak5010 dah, tanks der lumber!

  • were there any hot chicks at the coin show?

  • @simonty1811 nope.

  • I just bought my FIRST silver coin today! It is a 1999 American Silver Eagle...I'm so excited!

  • @drewstarr71 congrats drewstarr... it's addictive.

  • where is the show? city? state?

  • @roaringwaterbay Brooklyn Park, MN

  • Great vid, I love your coin show updates.

  • Awesome reporting as always, SGT :)

  • Nice pick up!

  • 0:57 -- here is a bit closer to Pirate Booty /watch?v=aZscCluO8Yk

3:48 really? I am thinking about trading some silver for gold due to the New WAR that just started.

5:10 Koalas - nice. Will you say what amount of fiat you shorted for them? Over $42 in inked cotton?

  • @prayfortruejustice I got em for $40 each!

  • @SGTbull07 Darn good deal.

  • Love that "Pirate Booty!".........Kaaaaaaa-Kaaaaaaa saith the Krow.

  • SGT, a Minnesotan? I hadn't realized. I didn't have the paper to spend anyway as I went in big with the pullback this week, but where abouts was this?

  • @Primal184 Brooklyn Center/Brooklyn Park, Earle Brown Center.

  • Nice.

  • I love the Panda silver coins but I only buy from Apmex and similar.

  • is this the best time to buy silver ofr should we wait untill the price goes down

  • @1matth3w1 It is down -- wait until the end of the week.

  • @1matth3w1 IMO, buy in regular intervals, no matter the price. Those who have tried to time the price of Ag over the last year have mostly been burned.

  • :O)

  • bet you enjoyed the show...as we did thru your vid :>

  • @vzmiami111 thanks vz, certainly did.

  • I just got some one ounce bars made from pan American silver corp , very nice little bars

  • You dog! It's been weeks since I've been able to afford silver! I must say I'm happy to see people getting the knowledge about JPM so we can bring 'em down. They'll pay for it one way or the other. I've heard above 35/oz... JPM loses billions. Above 36/oz? They lose trillions! It's good to know we're buying a commodity that really hits these criminals where it hurts. Best thing is... they can't stop us! :) They get exposed if they do try.

  • I hope you took and used your scale. :-)

  • @MrDorkusMaximus :) indeed.

  • Yes, the Australian coins are the best looking coins out there.

  • @redcat362 They go for huge premiums on ebay too!

  • @SGTbull07 what was the price range for the 2011 maples at the show ...are thier going for more that the 2011 eagles?

  • I love how American's pronounce the Aussie bird :P

It's spelt 'kook', but should be pronounced 'cook'

  • @HealthyFunky ...really? dang. :) (thanks!)

  • @SGTbull07 Yep :) It's all good- keep up the good vids.

  • @SGTbull07 Hey SGT.. are those kooks 1 ounce each ? they look like it ? how could you pay $38 for 3 of them ?? Thats a pretty good deal !!

  • @angie7dino no, no $38 EACH (per ounce) for three (from one vendor) and $40 each for the others...!

  • @SGTbull07 ok ok pheeew...

  • how come you've made a backup channel?

  • @rjthomas23 I just started thinking, what if something ever happens to my channel, how would I even alert all of you guys? Thought it might be wise to have a back up channel... I might even start posting a few things there too.

  • @SGTbull07

that is pretty wise i was just curious. I remember StellaConcepts lost his channel a while back. Would like to think nothing would ever happen to your channel.

One more question - what does SGT stand for?

  • @rjthomas23 nothing too inside-baseball... my initials, first name is Sean. Nice to meet you!

  • @SGTbull07

Ah right. For some reason I always thought it was some sort of acronym - SilverGoldTruth or something :-/

    Nice to meet you too.

  • @SGTbull07 The USSA Government sees you as an enemy of the state even though you are only disseminating the truth and trying to wake people up. A backup channel is like a backup gun, back up bullion, or a backup plan. Got to have one. I have a backup plan if the SHTF in Germany. First to the countryside, then to Switzerland.

  • Love these videos SGT.

Hearing opinions of people that have been in the know for so long is priceless.

  • It was good to hear more people are picking up on silver. It always causes me mixed feelings when I hear that. One hand I want silver as money on the other hand as difficult as it can be to budget for silver now I know soon these prices will look cheap.

I hate to think what it will be like once individual demand picks up. And it will.

  • @acuriousbeast it is picking up my friend. finally. far from mainstream still, but picking up!

  • LOVE THE 5.oZ BARS!

  • @GuildF40 me too, but I must say the 10oz poured Engelhard bar which came in the same delivery, is my new favorite!

  • @SGTbull07 OUT OF STOCK BOOOOOO :o)
