To everyone complaining that 23 is different, it is still the same in theory. Now you need to connect the blob on the line to the hanging blob, rather than hook the chain as shown in the video. Other than that, just do what the video says. Hope this helps.

there is another way 2 do level 27 :) simmilar but u dont need that little section on the bottom-rite :)
