Your video is very inspiring! I picked up BFFM yesterday I'll start my program on Monday. Gotta ask you, how much was your calorie deficit to start with and what is your calorie deficit now? @brunoccs hey thanks man. The calorie deficit varies for everyone. I'm glad u got the book cuz it explains what your deficit should be based on your bmi and body type. Close to the end of the book goes over CARB cycling. And I must tell u this absolutely works! Although I don't suggest you try this until you are already lean. I was stuck at 12.7% body fat for months. Did carb cyclcling for 3 months. In e m went down to 5.6%. Should only do carb cycling for 3m though then back to normal diet. GL!
hey good job = ]. i am starting my transformation too. i am 198 currently but i had weighed 206 last month but i started working out last month and i lost weight but i am lifting weights and going to the track and drinking water. what did you do for your transformation.
I usually do 3 days weight training and 3 days cardio which usually consists of running. Just did a 10k couple of days ago.
Recently though i've switched to 2 days weight training, 2 days cardio and 1 day of bootcamp class outdoors in a park which consists of some really tough calisthenics. These bootcamps i find really help with my endurance.
@NuweHorisonne Hi, My workout program is only a 3rd of the results. eating right with a calorie deficit and cardio is what burned the fat away. But to answer your question, 3 days weight training and 3 days cardio. 1 day rest. with the weight training, i alternate days with upper and lower body muscle groups
Great work mate, did you do this all by simply following the Body For Life system? What does BFFM mean exactly?
