We need to subsidise agribuiness in africa to ensure we have food security. We do not want to end up with food as we do with oil. Free market extremism would destory our food security and kill farmers. Farmers would end up like the farmers in the soviet union holodor if we got rid of subsidies. Ron Pula is not right here.
