Loving the wing flapping there. Took me a sec to realize those weren't just big fiery arm-tentacle things or whips or something, haha.

Either way, interesting idea. I like how you can change which form she takes right at the start of the fight. you should have, if you ever put this like in a full game or something, the Immortal Mode one give a crapton more points and/or extends (If you make Moukou have like 10 billion spell cards like in her IN appearance.), so there's a reward for it.

If you just want the music, then the mediafire download link should have it. You don't need the shot replace script to get the music files.

The mortal one looks pretty easy but the immortal one looks totally crazy. I'd love to give this one a spin, but i'm unfortunately unable to get Danmakufu to work properly.

I also like the music piece you used for this spell. In any case, i'd definitely rate this spell 5 stars. I don't know how fun it is to play as i can't try it but it certainly looks beautiful. Excellent job and kudos to you for making spells for my favorite extra boss XD.
