  • That was a very tough position to defend. You saw the imminent piece sac to rip open the pawn chain, but there was absolutely no way to defend. If only there had been a chance to develop king-side counterplay... a pawnstorm? I dunno, it was a very tough position.

  • That was a kingscrippling attack by the opponent!

  • Post wins and losses, they are all good entertainment! I did wonder when you put your rook next to your king whether it was a good idea. I suspect if you have to do that so early in a game you are already losing.

  • Thanks for posting. I agree with serendipity873. Even your defeats are instructive for most of us.

  • good game KC. Thanks for posting this. Revenge is a dish best served cold.

  • At 4:50 why didn't you play d5?

  • because then the knight will come to attack the queen and then a mate in a few turns

  • Beause Nxd5 Qd8 Nb6+ Ka7 Qc5 is winning.

  • I felt a little bad when you didn't say "comments or questions on Youtube, thanks very much". Clearly that game hurt a little :(

  • It was looking good in the beginning too! lol This Memento is pretty good huh? We've seen you play him before. You're still the greatest KC! JS

  • Thanks for posting this Tryfon. A great attack from your opponent. I think that it is good of you to post games even when you lose. I do learn a lot from watching you play - it is interesting to hear a higher graded player (mine is only 172) discuss their games.

  • Yea, I agree that it is good that you post even lost games. because then its easier to see what moves not to do and the consequences...
