  • I saw your video and rushed out to Micheal before they closed here in Austin, and the sign said $19.99 and I got home and it charged me $40, so back it went. We have the Professional Beauty Supply stores here that serve the nail and foot spas, so I went there and found the same drill for $25, and they gave me the bits and the collettes, etc. Thank you for the review..(Sorry so long)

  • Hello, I am a ew subbie and i wated you to know that I amjoy your videos, straight to the point, without background music and noise. THANK YOU. I wanted you to know that I went to Micheals, and the Walnut Brand drill that your giving the review on is limited in availability and I agree it is loud, lol

  • Girl I love listening to you! Thanks for the info on the drill I'm heading out now to go get one! :)

  • Thank u so much for this video, Im about to start doing my nails and have the proper tools is very important.

  • That "Walnut Hollow Rotary Tool" is discontinued now... I bought the new "creative drill" from JoAnns Fabrics and its TOO loud, I returned it today. I want to find that Rotary tool online somewhere so bad. :-)

  • I bought the creative drill as well. It is loud. However, It is extremely powerful. It won't stop if you apply too much pressure like the other cheap drills will. I don't know about everyone else but that was one of my MAIN concerns. I'm so tankful for this video! Ps. at joanns it is $29.00, BUT they have a 50% off coupon on the website. A lady at the store left it at the register FOR the next person to use. And it just so happened to be me! So I ran and picked up another one! YAY! GOD IS GOOD:)

  • I bought the same pink drill and was expecting better but i didnt like it neither , not one bit .

  • I bought th

  • your voice is so soothing and calm! it's really nice to listen to :)

  • So please Ms. Ree send me the exact name of the drill also, and that might help me much better.Thks..

  • yes u can.

  • So you can buy the beige or cream color nail drill at michaels?

  • no i ordered my sanding rounds off ebay .for no more than 5 dollars for 100.

  • i saw that online but do you have to buy your own sanding bits ? coz i dont one to buy the pink tools hehe coz the one i saw dont have any round sanding bits only long iron drills for holes but then i look at your package agian and agian you have one round sanding bits already in the package but the package looks exact same ,same brand name for her but no sanding bits.

  • it is Walnut hollow creative rotary tool.

  • i want to buy this but i dont know if our micheal have this product so please write me the brand name i might be able to find it on line

  • what is the product name brand ??

  • Can someone tell me the size of the drill bit shank for the pink drill, 1/8 or 3/32? Thanks!!!! I want to buy a new bit for mine.

  • yes the pink one did but the walnut one you can't feel the heat from it.

  • hey mrsree, i know its been awhile, but did your oink drill ever get hot while filling? and what about your walnut hollow.

  • no to me the bigger grip is better.

  • And another question, I noticed that it is a wider barrel for the grip compared to the poink one. will that make a difference when holding the tool to file?

  • You seriously stopped me from spending $150 this week. Cause thats what i was saving up for. Quick question, where can I get a foot pedal from?

  • I just purchased this drilltoday and it should be here wednesday!! Hopefully it really works. I wish Michaels still sold it cause I'm a major bargain hunter. Sucks to not have it for 50% or even 40% off. If this works well, I'm going to buy two more. Thakns for this video, it was really helpful

  • as far as i know they do but if not it is on ebay and amazon.

  • Hi, thanks for showing this video and will like to knw if they still sell the drill at Michaels? Thank u!_

  • it is called creative rotary tool by walnut hollow.

  • what was it called the one from michaels?

  • The pink one i got from ebay the green one i got from micheals craft store

  • the one i got from micheals they no longer sell . they sell another little small one not sure about it .

  • Is it good for fill ins?

  • whats the name of the one you got off micheals..!

  • @finesexygemini09 u could just search nail drill bids on amazon or eBay and they will pop out so u don't hav to buy another nail drill

  • Hey I got a question. I purchased this drill online last night because of your review. So will I have to purchase the pink also to use its drill head because this is actually not a nail drill and u said u put the drill head from the pink one on the rotary tool

  • @finesexygemini09 .. where did you get it from?

  • thanks for the review

  • Go Girl!!!!

  • amazon has it . did you try ebay.

  • hi ibeen looking in 2 michaels stores and even in the internet and they dont have it

  • Maybe it was light because u didn't tighten the nail bit..I just got mine and I Luv it!!

    and it's Pink!!! lol

  • @alejandra123288 it was shipped in the original box . the shipping was free too.

  • i got the pink pen drill off ebay the green one i got from micheals 38.00 or 35.00 dollars

  • hi! how much was it? the one from michaels before the discount?

    thanks!!

  • @bummed82386 it was 35.00

  • it is ok, it does work i just did not like my daughter says it is ok for her.

  • I really enjoy your videos they are soooo informative, thank you for taking the time to share

  • hey there! this is kind of random but i was just wondering if you are able to do a video of you using both of the tool just so i can see the different? I am planning to buy it but since i saw your video, I'm kind of concern now..but if u can't its fine too but let me ask u this; does it actually shape acrylic nails and clean cuticle good? thanks so much!

  • @mzhang91 I am sorry but i no longer have the pen drill i gave it away but the drill from micheals does every thing cleans your cuticle shapes the nail and every thing i love it. . I say order the pen drill and see if you like it just did not work for me .my daughter has it and it works well for her .i am a little heavy handed and the pen drill was small and light.

  • I just bought that pink one yesterday (it;s not even here yet) and I'm glad I saw your video because the pink one will be going right back-thank you so much for the advice-I'm a bargain huntress! Thumbs up.

  • @MissTrissdotcom Yes send it back and go to micheals craft store or some where else to get a drill. I have been using my drill from micheals for the last three years with no problems..

  • i love your nails i cant waite when my gel kit arrive so i can get started doing nails...

  • I love you!!!! This is perfect! I am going to print out my coupon tomorrow and get it!!! Thanks!!! What department was it in??

  • @JESblankets

hey did u get to buy that drill from michaels??

  • @JESblankets

did u get to buy this at michaels?

  • i'm glad mine isn't the only one that sucks from ebay!

  • I bought my pink one on ebay from Hong Kong $13.50 with free shipping. 3,000 to 20,000 RPM and 110 to 240Volts. On the box it said Rotary Detail Carver. It sucks that you got a not so good one. The good thing is that your daughter can now practice doing nails and hopefully become as good as you or even a pro in the future :)

  • @yummyapple4you is the pink one good? did it work for u? cuz im planning on buying it can u reply fast please

  • michaels the arts and crafts store?

  • that thing is way to big sorry iam a pro so verry picky(lol)

  • My boyfriend just ordered this from eBay for $13 and I wish I would of looked up

more on it, I've been doing nails for a month and I only need to shape a bit so

    I hope this drill works!

How does your daughter like it?

    Thanks;<3

  • @CrystalCheaaa It is good for her because sheis just begging to to her nails too ..it is very light weight so it will be good for you to begin with and get used to using a drill before you get in to buying a more pricey one.

  • hi i was going to get the pink one you were showing lol. can you send me a message with the pros and cons on how it works lol. and just how it works in general, becasue i was going to get it on ebay but im only wanting it to practice at home. please help me if u have time thank you and god bless :)

  • @love2dance147537 I personally did not like it because it was not stable enough for me .Its funny you mentioned about getting it to practice because i just gave it to my daughter so she could start learning to do nails with it . Yes i would order it if your going to learn to do nails with it. it is good as a starter drill cause it is light weight. make sure u don't pay over 25 for it and make sure you find one with free shipping.. Be blessed and let me know when you get it and what you think.

  • @mrsree09 will do thank you!!

  • and where is this Michaels store? do they have an online store or an ebay store? im looking to get one as well. thanks

  • thank u so much =). where do u purchase your drill bits?

  • I was looking into get that pink nail drill! is it that bad? i want to learn how to do nails and i didnt want to spend to much on it i just need something that will buff the nail and save me from burning out my nail files do you think it would work? or do you not recommend it at all? Does your overheat or buff jittery?

  • @PeatyMeat I really don't like it but if thats all you are going to use it ..its ok ...i just love the one from micheals i have had it for three years . the pink one is not that stable ..and it just may be the one i got from ebay that acts like that.

  • i know exactly what u r talking about. i have the same one (the one from Michaels). i think it works better than the more expensive ones.
