They sent me a confirmation of the password that I had changed. I´ve heard about people who can´t change their password, but Sony left with a site that can maybe help you:
"networksupport@no.playstation.(com)" by the way it is dot com but apparently I can´t write this website URL on the comment section.

Hvordan fikk du til å endre passordet på din PS3?
Jeg har prøvd mange ganger, men jeg mottar ikke den mailen om endring av passord. Kan du si hva som står i meldinga, eventuelt hva man må gjøre?
