Erm I know Dan plays bass,, what a news flash,,, If you have any knowledge of music theory, you may see the intro has almost the exact same notes in the same order in the same key as new divide. @TweeksCoffeee there are a lot of songs with the same chords if you really analyze most songs. State of Shock - Money Honey, has the same chords too... There are only like a dozen different chords structures for songs, and thats just the way it is.. Nickelback is famous for ripping themselves off lol. At least you know I didnt copy New Divide, it just happens to be similar, because they are popular chords
