  • This guy has the physique he wants, not the physique he could have if he'd train more because that's probably not his goal. This doesn't make him any less of a bodybuilder then Arnie or Ronnie though because let's face it, he 'built' his 'body' like he wanted it to, and that's in the end what it's all about if you ask me

  • Hey Jeff, new subscriber here--love the video. I was wondering about how to do the rhomboid pushups and what they actually do. I don't think I'm getting the tension in the right place. I feel sore mostly in my abs and serratus. Should the tension actually be in the rhomboids or is this more of a stretching-before-loading exercise?

  • I have to agree with LulzRoyce. These workouts are NOT designed for really hitting the traps. The "rhomboid push-ups" won't do a damn thing since forward shoulder movement is a function of the pecs and lats, as far as I can determine. Doing this push-up to work the traps is like doing the bench press to work your back. I've had great success (albeit unanticipated) from doing the shoulder press with dumbbells.

  • Man I shrug 300lbs+ on an olympic barbell this bands and bodyweight shit wont do NOTHIN for me, He is working his lateral, anterior and posterior deltoids in every different excercise here (lateral raises w bands, back and posterior deltoid rows that he did), the traps are barely being hit here compared to the shoulders.

  • K to everybody who thinks this guys on roids just cuz his veins. You are all morons. First of all, he's very lean and works out properly with very effective exercises. Second of all, just because you aren't like that doesn't mean its abnormal. And finally, everybodys different, your veins might not pop out at all, but clearly his do. So everybody saying he's on roids, stfu, go on google and see what people on roids look like.

    It's true, I got insanely vains, just like him, if not even more. And I'm not even half-way as good trained as that guy, but I do avoid eating a lot of suger and fat food... But I've just started working out, and the vains gets more visable than before... Some guy's are jelly about it, some doesn't like it, and some doesn't care. But I'm definitely not on steroids.

  • @Kizz7773 listen you dopey slag are you as lean as him? you know it aint just mass and juice that makes you vascular it also is dependant on the overall blood presure in your arms (as over a long peroid of time under pressure the body will adapt, so therefore increase vascularity. so higher rep ranges will increase vasculairty as they increase blood pressure and vasculairty temporarily and over time them temp gains will become permanant don't call some one a gear monkey unless you have proof.

  • There are endless uses for resistance cables. They are so essential to a well rounded exercise routine.

  • I had some PT for neck pain and my therapist concentrated all my workouts on my traps! He had me hold my elbows to my side once I pulled back, while doing the elestic band routine. Then I pinched my shoulders together without moving my elbows any further back.

    I also used an 'arm bike' to warm up first.

  • @bigwillchill just means you are a begginer... if you workout with the same weights properly without cheating they wll even out eventually, if you can complete lets say... dumbell curls with your right side but you cant use the same weight and finish the same reps with your left... lower the weight untill you can complete the exact same reps and sets with both arms with proper form and pace
