Evolution may be a "theory" because there are gaps in the research... and there are some things that are "hard to explain"...

But come on. Christianity is just a "religion" since NOTHING can be proven.

This is not a bad thing, necessarily, since faith is an integral part of spirituality and faith by definition is "belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence."

I'm agnostic and I've read the Bible among several other religious texts. Someone else's faith that a book is the word of God is not good enough for me. Who says if we die without Jesus we'll go to hell? Who says that there is a hell? Who, for that matter, says there is even a God?

any reasonable person can see that there must be a Creator. when you see a building, your intellect tells you it didnt just happen, someone had to think of it, design it, and build it. a builder. same with a painting-painter. look at creation--Creator. your eyeball is vastly more intricate than any building.

There are other forces propelling the evolution of the earth, like plate tectonics, it doesn't mean there is some supernatural being. As for the human eye, a couple million years of evolution can explain that.
