It's from Episode 9, Sub-Zero Ice Punch. Matt freaks out and gets in an argument with Tai because he's worried about TK, but then he starts crying and tells Tai why he's upset.

They shoot arrows at them because it said in the prophecy (Sorry, can't spell) something about the Tk and Karis angels shootings arrows at the ones they love most. Tk and Kari both loved their brother most, so by shooting the arrows in Matt and Tai Agumon and Gabumon were able to warp digivolve :) Loved it btw :D

That's a shame, it was an awesome episode. :) That's how Gabumon and Agumon get the ability to digivolve to mega. There's a prophecy: "Angels of Hope and Light will shoot arrows into the loved ones of those they were sent to protect," so Angemon and Angewomon shoot their arrows into Matt and Tai (the loved ones of TK and Kari).
