  • ya, crossfit is about becoming an athlete; ability to excel at all things.

  • Do people go to a "normal" gym and expect to be good at one thing? No. Crossfit is not for everyone but for people that just want to be in shape its great. I dont expect to be a world class lifter just because I lift weight. I stand behind crossfit because it is turning this couch potato into a mom that can keep up with my kids.

  • crossfit is not about building mass, rather preparing the body for anything (building fitness, not mass). look up kipping pullups before criticizing her form. I challenge you to complete the FRAN workout in twice her time!

  • sorry the pullups are embarrassing...

  • needs to stay on her heels more on the squat.

My complaint about cross fit is in the process of increasing muscle endurance, you tear down so much it makes it impossible to get any bigger. It also make very hard to even cut up.

Notice: you will never see somebody that shows big muscles doing crossfit. they are usually cross country runner types.

  • @KnightRiderforSale I agree that Crossfit doesn't build size the same way as someone trying to build size. But I am getting a bigger chest and arms from Crossfit, even though it's more about getting a better power to weight ratio. I probably won't get much bigger until I lean out a little more (I've already cut 15-20 pounds of belly). Before you say Never see big guys doing Crossfit, you should check out Rob Orlando, Jason Khalipa, Mikko Salo, and Tommy Hackenbruck. avg x-country runners?

  • Nice! That's 65 lbs right?

  • Nice work! But seriously.... That's not pullups... Why not take it slow? Try to have a great form, then you don't have to do 30 of them...

  • they have about 303843043 videos on why they use the kipping pullups

  • I have seen her work out. She is awesome.
