Chloe was very motivated , propably one of the most beautiful miss france ever! I think that she was the best in the preliminary competiton but in the final she was good too ! I don't know why ugly girls like puerto rico , kosovo or dominican republic were able to go in the top 5 !!

I doubt it, unless her family are decedents of the Acadian exiles (French-speaking settlers from the maritime provinces of what is now Canada) which is Cajun. Cajuns are usually white in appearance unless they are mixed.

However, judging by her skin tone and features, she may be Creole. Which is (but not limited to) a person of colonial French, African American, and Native American ancestry.

Creoles skin tone varies from very white to very dark. Beyonce is a light Creole. I'm a dark Creole.
