This case sucks the top doesn't want to come off I basically had to trash mine after I took it off to clean my Mac. The bottom comes off easier which is better for cleaning dust. It is also very cute. But a biotch to take off.

Would the hinges on the case cause scratches and does dust build up inside after a period of time, a friend of mine had a clear case for his iphone but a bunch of dust went in between the smooth plastic(idk material) and the black part of the 3gs and caused few scratches when he romoved it.

Great video. Its the most detailed review I've seen so far. Where did you purchase the all pink Incase hardshell? I went to both the Apple website and the Incase website. They are offering a pink/magenta two-tone. Its pink on the top and magenta on the bottom. I'd prefer the all pink one you have.

DON'T get the clear one of this. You can see the lint and dust that gets trapped inside the case. Also, Scratches and smudges are WAY too noticeable. Other than than, it does its job and protects the laptop. Think about it..... if the case wasn't on, then the scratches would have been on your laptop rather than the case. Hope i helped some people :D

i do not have any problems at all with that.

i took it off recently--and it looks exactly the same as it did when i put it on so I don't see how that's happening to people, but it could be different colors are made differently--but i wouldn't see why.

Your friend may have a speck case which is hard see thru plastic which doesn't protect your laptop as well as the incase sleeves!

i use macbook pro the angle problem is obvious. talk about how to remove the case, try a knife or something is thin and strong.. i used knife and left several scars on my mac which is totally bad.. it is a nice video

Most of you only are using cases because your careless. I just upgraded to a 2.5 17" macbook pro and I have to say I never needed a speck, or incase. And I have had like 7 different macbook pros after selling and buying. The only thing I use is a speck case for my iMac just because it looks cool.

Anyways I did read about the incase having problems with the Macbook pro not opening up all the way. I seen a video on youtube and a crap load of complaints on the net.
