@chugalongway I don't think it is that simple at all. The historical records from that period of time just seem to be mostly anecdotal accounts and do not give any great specificity about exactly what happened. So we can conjecture all we want. Jews were spread throughout Europe because they were scattered there (the diaspora) after being defeated a number of times. There were huge numbers and after numerous centuries the population grew to about 9 million before the holocaust.

The historical records from that period of time just seem to be mostly anecdotal accounts and do not give any great specificity about exactly what happened. So we can conjecture all we want. Jews were spread throughout Europe because they were scattered there (the diaspora) after being defeated a number of times. There were huge numbers and after numerous centuries the population grew to about 9 million before the holocaust.

@DanKelso You overlooked the fact that the Palestinians lived side by side with the Jews. Prior to Zionist occupation it is a well known fact that this occured. It is a well know fact of the Jewish faith that the TORAH FORBIDS the creation of a Jewish State and that G-D has not banished the exile.
