  • Foodcurb, it is honorable and correct what you're promoting. But these people are morons. Millions of whales that confuse themselves with all these different tips and tricks (Atkins, silly abdominizers machines, etc)

    KISS principle for starters. Smaller portions first. When they start losing weight and gaining more confidence each passing day that's when they'll be more receptive to diet change.

  • Without fads, guides, how's to's, books, cd's, or any other nonsense.

    SMALLER PORTIONS. For some its easier said than done but that's it. If you want more than just weight loss, to be more healthy - Exercise and minimize processed food.
