This record is a collection of samples and loops that were commonly used by the Beastie Boys during live shows. Mix Master Mike generally would arrange records like this to use during concerts. It is NOT a Beastie Boys song. At all. Just loops and samples from other shit they enjoyed rapping over. And yes, whatever song the original loop is pulled from is DEF sampled in a De La Soul song (The Bizness). Weather or not Mix Master actually assembled this or if it's a bootleg is widely disputed.

This is just a record that circulated for awhile tat tried to curate all the samples and loops the beasties commonly used in shows around that time...If you're familiar with BB live shows, they often start a song with it's original beat then MMM just drops random bombs of hotness on them as they work their way through the song... it's goooood shit.
