This isn't the original key the song was recorded in. This is a much higher pitch. Charice is just a different style artist than Whitney. She does not have that gospel vibe nor swagger. She is more like a Celine Dione--all range. The big difference is she cannot riff and do the gospel runs like Whitney. But neither can Jennifer Hudson. Melanie Amaro is the closet thing to a duplication that is out there and her voice needs to mature.

Charice definitely has talent, and definitely sings much better than many singers these days. She is however, not sure if it's due to her youth and innocent, but a bit lack of expression in her voice to bring out the mood completely. What I see is definitely the ability to sing, great control of her vocals, great voice...and perhaps the complete package will come one day.
