I remember when I first actually heard a Prophet 5: John Harrison's score for the film Creepshow, not sure if it was equipped with the curtis filter but it sounds like it.

does anyone know what "Sound IC"S" they are using? back in the 70"s and 80"s,the CEMS and the SSM"S where being

used,what is used today?

The dave smith ones use curtis voltage controlled LP filter chips.

the evolver has 2 of them in true stereo and the mopho has one.

Are these the same "CEMS" chips from the late "70's and 80's,that were discontinued,and no longer being manufactured?. the same one's he used in his "Prophets" from the "70's"?.
