  • What kind of stingray reefguy? A cortez stingray will keep no problem also blue spotted will

  • Hmmmm @lexigalaxyup :)

  • A 100 gal for a bamboo is sufficiant if your housing him with minimal deccorations and live rock. Bamboos lay on the bottom they dont have to swim constantly like the gray reefs and smooth hounds.

  • is a 100g tank good for a bambo shark

  • @lizardman721 no but you can get a sting ray witch is way cooler

  • your voice just went into my soul..not the sharks eyes. 0_o

  • wait nvm

  • what kind of shark is it

  • there should be mini crocs

  • What you gonna do to the shark after it's fully grown?

  • It's time to play a game for your life.........

  • can i keep a stingray in a 125 gallon sps reef? i have 200 pounds of live rock but its big heavy pieces not alot of it just in the center.

  • @FFAfish READ THE ENTIRE POST BEFORE COMMENTING. I RESCUED THE SHARK AND DONATED HIM TO A ZOO.

  • @carrotfarmer1552 y dont u read the comment that said how he took it to save its life and then he donated it to a zoo

  • everyone's retarded, this was a rescued shark that he nursed back to health and gave to the zoo. sheesh, doesnt ANYONE read the description before making themselves look like an ass?

  • @Supertasticaquatics exactly what im saying

  • is the shark full grown

  • @meankitty8 The shark was not full grown, Full grown he would have been 6-8 feet

  • @mnreptiles a smooth hound shark atleast needs a 250 gallon tank but this is since 2007 so im pretty late with that. how big is he know? And what about the stingray? I wanna buy a shark to but I'm not to sure about it

  • no this is from a store you idiot. get a life. and money.

  • how big do those rays get? do u thnik i could keep him in a 75 gallon? and also they dont eat fish do they?

  • This tank is way to small for that shark.

  • hey how much did it cost for the shark and aquarium and all that

  • what type of sharks is that ??

  • Its great to hear about people like you, it was a good gesture to rescue that shark care for it and then find it a good new home ... i just wish there were more ethical and humane aquarium enthusiasts like you.

  • @carrotfarmer1552 go back to farming carrots dumbass

  • BORING UGLY TANK.. MINES WAY BETTER

  • what do you feed the shark and ray?

  • He cannot steal my soul. He is not a ginger !

  • It was cool until the comment about the shark eyes

  • uh, that tank is way too small for that shark. give it to someone who can afford a tank big enough

  • you should have cleaned the gravel a lot better before adding the fish.... your water is really cloudy

  • what the heck does that mean?

  • that tank is to small still to have a shark in there it should be atleast 180 gallon but oh well you said its in a zoo now

  • Where did you get the shark

  • This shark came from a home where a guy had this one and a 3 foot nurse shark and a 2 foot bamboo shark stuffed in a 100 gallon tank, They could not move and this guy was on the verge of death but we brought him back got him good and healthy and fattened him up before we donated him to a Aquarium/Zoo

  • @mnreptiles Really? What Aquarium?

  • @Urutgers The shark went to the Minnesota Zoo in Apple Valley MN.

  • yea i know sharks eat anything, i know alot about them and yea they sre very cool

  • 3 things,1 good video, i love sharks,2 dont some sharks eat rays? and 3 cool

  • Some sharks will eat anything if you keep them good and fed they will tend to stick with the bait fish that you feed them. Sharks are awesome animals and they are much fun to have if you have the right set up for them. This guy was a rescue I took in and since went to a bigger aquarium where he is huge and loving it.

  • @mnreptiles you need a bigger tank for the shark.

  • no you dont. they're tanks can be really shalow.

  • The narator sounds like adam west

  • holy Christ he does

  • a bit small i think.... i got a 132 gallon tank for my 2 inches paroon...

  • aw i wanna shark! T^T hes adorable!

  • Smooth hounds aren't sharks. They are closely related though.

  • you need to clean the tank stupid

  • You fucking dumbass. 1st of all read updates. Second have you even had a saltwater aquarium? With the flow of the power heads filters and the fuckin immence power of a sharks tail stirs up the salt and other matter you ignorant fuck.

  • how much is a ray they look bad ass

  • They range in price the one in the video is a cortez ray and they run about 125 here in Minnesota. Of course if you live in Coastal states you can obtain them much cheaper.

  • I agree.

  • that was gay

  • was rong with u

  • lucky do you mind me asking how much was all this? i mean the tank and cute shark?

  • I have to say the best shark in my opion as a pet must be a bamboo shark cause they just sit on the bottom and dont move they r fat...lolz

  • that would make them boring yes?

  • only during the day... they are nocturnal so at night they play... or you can confuse them like have it in a dark room then when its light outside make it dark so they think its night then do the opposite at night time...

  • horn sharks sit on the bottom....

    bamboo sharks actually swim around

  • u need to clean ur tank

  • what do i need for a shark ? like the thing i need cuz im not tryin 2 make a reff salt water tank just sand mayb few rock and a shark or two

  • You dont want to many rocks as the sharks like to move about and they will get cut, If your going with like a horn shark, Leopard shark something that doesnt move like the shark I have you can get a couple large rocks with holes for them to hide. Let me know how it goes they are fun animals

  • wow i wish i had a ray!!!

  • It is a gray smooth hound shark, The white tip was the shark before this one.

  • Ill bet the worst of it didnt come until he sold the sharks a customer for their 50 gal tank.

  • he just said it's in a public aquarium!!!

god, u guys need to know how to read

  • He said its a smooth hound shark but if you pause it at 0:50 the writing on the tank says White tip reef shark.

  • He didnt update the tank after he sold his last white tip.

  • if you look the shark doesn't have a white tip

  • your correct the shark before this one was a white. Tip.

And for all the people out there wondering about the shark he now has a home in the Brainerd Aquarium in Minnesota

  • As cool as sharks are, its a total sin to be keeping one in such a small tank, the tank is way to small, and I doubt anyone besides a public aquarium could properly care for one. Do us all a favor and send it back to the ocean, and dont catch anymore.

  • I'm in MN Moron closest ocean is 1600 miles away. I rescued the shark from a 180 gallon tank with 4 other sharks including a massive nurse shark. Tell me which was better? Alone or cramped in a pewny tank with other predetors

  • Theres no need to call names

  • ya dude, those creatures in a 100gal, not cool atleast 180 gallons my friend, if you cant accomidate that. sell them!!!!!!

  • 180 gal? LOL dipshit they need atleast a minimum of a 300 gal.

  • lol jaws playing in the background

  • dont look into the the sharks black glossy eyes for he is sure to steal your soul! lol

  • totally cruel, belong in the ocean unless they can have a good home ie..bigger tank some sort of stimulation,i mean thats just a bare small tank what the fuck is wrong with people?

  • what do u feed them?

  • You feed them Silversides from a local petshop they are ocean bait fish

  • you can't feed em canned tuna?

  • ohh... video description says smooth hound and on tank says white tip, that was confusing for a sec. sorry mnreptiles, but hope that shark went to a bigger home. thanks for posting

  • hahahah THATS NOT A WHITE TIP REEF SHARK! THATS A SMOOTH HOUND lmao ahhahaa.... you can see the same shark in my video response, its a smooth hound

  • Good eye dipshit, the writing wasnt updated fool lol

  • fake video not your tank there is a for sale sign on the side you LOOSE

  • It's his store. That's why his profile name is "mnreptiles" you fail. You are an idiot. Just like every other idiot commenting. I haven't found ONE FUCKING VIDEO where you scientists declare everything is always wrong with every animal, and every tank. You all have a problem with what gets fed, and who gets fed, and where it gets fed, the tank is always too small, it's always too dirty, it's always missing something, jesus christ shut the fuck up you pussys!

  • I couldnt have said it better myself lol

  • i think everyone else is being stupid for gods sake when its bigger he will move to a bigger tank

  • wat do u mean by "when its bigger, he will move to a bigger tank?"

the shark already too big NOW

  • you NEED a bigger tank(at least 800 gallons hopefully bigger like 1000 gallons or more), but cool shark and ray.

  • Comment removed

  • not saying it's ok, that tank (even the 300gal he has it in) is waaay too small. but do you know how much a 1000gal tank costs? it's easily more than a car!

he should give it to an aquarium or something

  • awesome shark! it turns like an eel though, but what'd be really cool is if you played the jaws theme and feed him a feeder fish.

  • this bloke is a complete prat if he think this tank is bigger enough lol

  • your an idiot that tank is way to small, i realy hope you cant sleep at night.. you idiot!

  • what the hell.

you need a bigger tank soon.

or release it into the ocean :|

    PLUS

    your voice is really creepy.

    just to let you know.

  • someone needs a bigger tank....

  • dude thats a baby shark if it grows to adult shark it would be at lest 25 feet or i would say it a "treasure shark".!

  • whats the biggest freshwater tanks come in???

  • @rawfishtastegood OMG!!!! YOU IDIOT!!!!....u make a tank any size u want it and fill it with whatever u want....

  • what are the dementions of your quarentine tank?

  • it doesnt matter anything under 250 gallons is too small for a banded cat shark never mind this species, try getting a swimming pool and putting it in your basement if you are serious wanting to still keep the shark and ray or make your own plywood monster tank u fucking idiot

  • howd u get it

  • cool shark

  • lame.........

  • I think the shark is going stir-crazy. I can tell it's desperate to be in the ocean.

  • It's not stir crazy, smooth hound sharks are constantly in motion. That's why they are one of the coolest sharks to have in a home aquarium because they are so active.

  • Why dont you post a vido of him in the 300 gallon?

  • The shark is in a 100 gal quarantine tank until the water is ready in the 300 gal he will stay in the 100 gal, Which he is in the 300 gal now. Before ya run your mouth ask some questions dummy, You dont just throw a animal in to a tank as half of them carry diseases so ya quarantine them 1st.
