Grunge was dead, and Beck didn't like being alternative, and the only thing I could listen to on the radio was fag pop punk like NFG and Good Charlotte.....and then suddenly, in Northern Virginia channel 13 started to cast Much Music, which I found very weird. After watching a few shows and countdowns only one stuck in my mind, Load Me Up by Matthew Good Band, and since then I have been a huge fan.
I remember when Chad Kroeger from Nickelback replied to an insult that Matthew Good made about his band's music along the lines of "how many records has he sold?".
