I Need Help !! I Have An iPhone 3GS On 5.0.1 base-band 06.15.00

I Jail broke It And Its Tethered. So I Did This,

But Heres The Thing, I Can When Its On With Battery, I Can Turn It Off And Turn It Back On Fine. Buut When My Phone Battery Dies, And I Plug It In To Charge It, it Just Stops At The Apple Logo.? Any Suggestions ? Could It Be Coz My Base-band It 06.15.00?

Here is a tutorial for those of you who are on 5.0.1 and have a tethered Jailbreak and don't want to use RedSn0w. If you have a tethered Jailbreak on 5.0.1, just follow this video tutorial to convert it to an untethered jailbreak.
