Finally someone confronted Bio Mom for the liar she is. On Nancy Grace tonight the truth came out that she was at court when she lost her kids. Also a small part of her criminal history. This Lawyer is just trying to get media attention. Bio Mom can't think for herself. They took down the Haleighbug website asking for money for Crystal and Jr. The person with the domain has the same name as the Lawyer. I am sure they will redo the site to make it look better.

Her name is Misty Cummings - her and Ronald Cummings are MARRIED. And, there's nothing anyone can do to change that and certainly not Crystal Sheffield.

I haven't seen the Meth-mom Crystal Sheffield shed one tear for the young child. Every interview she seems high on Meth and incoherent (and not from grief!!!).

It is obvious Crystal Sheffield is a little detached from the whole situation. There's a reason she LOST CUSTODY of those two children - it must be a GOOD ONE.

Did you read the court records? The court just picked the one it felt was best. In Florida, if the parents are not married, custody is with the mother. She did not contact her kids for a period of three months which is abandonment, they also believed the kids were better off with the dad. The mother lives w her mother who has been convicted of having a "drug den". As well as her Stepbro who also has a rap sheet and is the dad of her baby. Bio mom has said donations to her are non refundable.

Baker County, you can look it up yourself.

He had a protective order to keep him away from his own children from 2006 till 2008. That is at least two years that he was not allowed near his children or he would be arrested. I am going by the facts.

Go to Baker County Clerk in Florida, put in Griffis comma Chad. Be Sure to put in last name comma then first or it will not come up. The order is a transfer, so all it says is that there was an order for violence on children for two years 2006-2008, I ordered a copy of the actual order which they do not show online and I will have it in a few days. Still, you can look it up and see it was in place for two years.

I did, I saw one that said order (12/05/08) and another that said final judgement (12/22/06), but it doesn't say what they are. How do you know it's some sort of order for violence against children?

12/06 is the original order and it is listed as a restraining order, a protective order for children. It was dropped late 2008. The county clerk no longer posts the order so you have to order it, which I did.

I do not have it yet so all I know is that it was in effect for two years and it is a order to stay away from his kids. It is listed as such.

I did a background check on him, an order for violence on children showed up. As well as other things but this was of intrest to me. So, I went to baker county clerk and you can view the last one, when she dropped it, from 2008, it says minor children, and herself I would guess. They no longer let you read the orders online.

But you can see if you look at the document what kind of order it is.

You can get a backround check on anyone.
