Reset your router, there should be a button at the back.

The Username will then be 'admin' and Password 'password'

I get around mid 300's on my 3mb connection. Because I figured out how to forward ports by messing round with my windows firewall and allowing all utorrent to be unblocked and allowing the port I download from to also acces thourgh my firewall. Before I did this I was dling at 20's but once I changed that feature I recieved into the 300's almost instantly so port forwarding makes a

big difference.
