thats what makes the scene amazing! although i am slightly confused about the mixolydian part. if they were singing in C# mixo, thatd still be the same as Eflat minor and F# major. did i miss something?

@antixheroxsk8 Well I'm not sure because I don't feel like think in those crazy keys so early in the morning. But the Mixolydian joke they are referring to the key of C. The one dude mentions A# is in the key of C Major (he is wrong) In the C Mixolydian scale there is a Bb (A#) Which is why the one dude questions if he was singing Mixolydian. And that is where the raised 13th joke comes from.

the only mistakes in the scene are.

1. even though they're the same thing pitch wise, theoretically D#m is the relative minor to F# major. not Eb minor.

2. he should've said (even though he would've been wrong) "A# is DIAtonic to C major." not tonic to C major.

3. and then the gaffe where squeak corrects him but says the same thing.
