@burt8888 I suppose so. I just remember reading that the highborne had been banished from Kal'dorei lands and had flocked to where one of them had started on the sunwell- I forget his name. From their thirst of mana, they lost their violet hue and shrank somewhat in stature. What I obviously didn't know was that there were still Highborne who practiced the arcane without becoming Sin'Dorei (Blood Elves).
