I tried this for 2hours trying every way possible, the track is blocked, the road is blocked everywhere, so i used a plane. Then she wouldn't date me coz i was too fat (about 75%) so i had to goto the gym, with the cops all over me and exercise, I just pulled it off. I committed suicide after she said yes, as my weapons were now safe.

Most of the techniques (about 85% of them) that I use in locked areas of the game I developed or figured out myself (for San Andreas). If I use something that someone else discovered, I usually try to give them credit.

For the techniques I use in locked areas of the game in GTA IV, I discovered all of them myself, with one exception; one of the bridge crossings I use was discovered by someone else. I forget who it was.

Is there any way to get 100% with any GF doing no history missions? I mean, with a 4 stars bribe on you? It seems you get instant fail if the cops are after you.

There's an exploit on PlayStation 2 that allows 100% Progress without dating the girlfriends. I forget how it works. OrionSR created a topic describing it on GTAforums,com. It doesn't work on PC or XBox.

However, for Michelle, if you get the "she drives" date, that'll increase the dating percentage with her, and it works even with a 4-Star Wanted Level. This technique works on PC, and 100% Progress can be obtained with her using that.

umm, by using Police Bribes, Pay & Sprays, saving the game, starting certain missions, or just waiting it out until the Wanted Level disappears on it's own.

When I try to use the gym, it always says "You have reached your limit for today, come again tomorrow". Is there any way I can get to the required amount of muscle in one day?

If you're getting that message before trying to use any of the equipment in the gym, it's a glitch. The glitch is caused by not having enough body fat. If CJ's body fat remains at zero percent for too long,that's when the glitch will occur. Make sure to eat something every so often, and check to see that the Fat percentage is above zero percent

Unfortunately, there's no way absolute way to fix the glitch in the game once it's occurred. There are some fixes that can be applied by fixing the code
