For such an old game this still looks ok for a platformer. You can tell they put a lot more time and effort in to it than most modern games. The amount of small detail is amazing :/

I have this game for the Mega Drive. this game is very creative for its time. the French make some crazy, yet amazing stuff (as this game is originally a French game). unlike most newer games, which are rushed and can only get its appeal with graphics and stodgy gameplay, this game still remains a great title! :D

This game was very innovative back in 1991. Nobody had seen such animation in the death scenes. Bear in mind that it was semi 3-dimensional.

Lester is a scientist, he is not some space marine who can be shot a thousand times and not bleed once.

It seems the animals of this "another world" are dangerous indeed, so those venomous slugs are dangerous.

I remember it as "Out of This World" not "Another World." I loved this game back in 1992, when I was 12. I remember my older brother getting this from Blockbuster and we'd play this all the time. Ah, memories! Good times!
