    it actually does make you faster in a way

  • this is actually helpful u guys if u havent noticed, streches out back of knees pretty good, and u have to do it rly fast, the faster u can do it, the faster u can move ur hamstrings, the more steps u take pers stride, when in control of the ball, short steps at high speeds are extremely vital. So this is to help u increase the ammount of steps u take in a certain ammount of time therefore increasing speed and ball control with shorter steps at a fast pace.
