Both are great singers.

Both harmonize excellently.

But the difference is that Andrew sings with so much more emotion and character in his voice.

Kathy is a good singer as well, I'm not doubting her abilities, but this is what's lacking for her.

That's what makes the difference between someone whos nice to listen to and someone who can hit home and tug on your emotions when you listen to them sing.
