i happen to have the same canoe..can you give some comments on what all you have added. looks like you added a front thwart of somekind. and is that a claw anchor you are using? very neat set up.
The front cross piece is oak incremented with a marker in inches for measuring fish. It was then poly-coated and secured with stainless screws/washers. Quick fists were added to secure solo paddle, rod, folding anchor (pictured), snake charmer, ect..... Rear addition is a treated pine "fence board" mounted likewise with flushmount rod holders and pad eyes for clipping on rod bungies. Stock thwarts are padded with pipe insulation tubes for noise reduct
