  • im against development in areas like this but, after visiting the summit having climbed the mountain i have to say the cafe building and railway are well placed because it is in my humble opinion a place that needs to be accessible to all so they can savour and witness the beauty and majesticness that's on offer to behold at this fantastic place.

  • Nice work Terry. Love the story, visuals, music and editing.

  • Awful blot on the landscape - caters for chavs and grockles - vile!

  • Brilliant Video Terry as all your video are! I live not far from Snowdon, I am very lucky.

  • It was like this when I went up, on the train, in June. Mist, but absolutely teaming with climbers and train visitors. Did feel abit of a prat seeing all those who had made the bold pilgrimage to the summit on foot. Next time I shall do the same. The welsh cakes in the cafe were delicious though. Snowdonia, even in the mist, is so beautiful and spiritual.

  • As usual a quality video mate!

  • Thank you!

  • What Camcorder & editing software did you use please Terry? Video quality is great (along with your video direction of course)

  • I use a Canon HV20 video camera and edit the video with Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus. Hope that helps!

  • (3mins 12 secs)They even sell tomb stones in the shop!!!??? I guess they cater for all eventualities;)

  • an interesting film... 5/5

  • great vid as usual...the buiding inside looks like an airport departure lounge. I hate the fact that I may spend the best part of the day climbing only to find dozens of tourists, wearing loafers and drinking tea, having just arrived at the summit by train!

    sorry, but that just sucks.

    more wilderness lost.

  • Fantasic mate ;-)

  • Love the video think I'll have to see this building not too sure on it but I didn't like the fact a train goes up the mountian looks really busy and I suppose for some it gives them the only way up a mountain and now they can have tea when they get up there
