haha, that's perfectly normal every puppy may have slight or more noticeable fidgeting/shaking fits while sleeping. they are dreaming.

You are correct. It is common for many breeds to have siezures while they sleep. It's not exactly a terrible thing BUT it should be mentioned to the vet. If your vet says they are dreaming you shouldnt take your dog there. This is not dreaming.
