DC you almost found an effective tactic. except a landraider is 4 inches wide leaving roughly an inch and a half on each side of the objective. ad the inch for the gap between ork boy and and raider. This leaves a distance of two and a half inches, sadly this is just contesting. Even without this the boys will still be within three inches which is still control/contest range. This tactic is only best when you are roughly nine inches away and the boys do not form a crescent around the landraider.

PS: ork nobs get (S:10) with a power claw

No a Nobs strenght is 4 and a Klaw only doubbles it to 8 since he is not assaulting he dose not get the Furious charge +1 strenght bounis... Thanks for keeping me on my toes dude :)

Nah common mistake since 9 times out of 10 the orks are charging and The Nobe gets a 10 then :)

Being the Ork Warboss that fights against DCrimsonFist I can tell you, Nobz NEVER have S10. Power Klaw gets them to S8 and Furious Assault is done AFTER the doubling. So the best a Nob can get is S9 with a Power Klaw.
