There is one accident in the Gulf (yes it was bad) and then we shut down all drilling? If this made sense we would have to shut down every power plant, fatory, etc in the country because they have all had some type of enviromental accident at one time. I was watching drivers this morning on the way to work and it amazed me at how I saw nobody trying to save fuel. I've cut my speed back to 55 and am getting 7mpg more. If we stop buying as much fuel the producers will start complaining more also

Who needs oil when we can have unicorns and leprechauns and big foot running magical green energy power plants for us! Just turn the Atlantic ocean into a wind farm and maybe we would have enough juice to light Times Square. If not we could put hamsters and gerbils to work on their wheels turning tiny generators!
