  • james moore lead a song on dr.mattie clark album in 1992 at a unac recording that year

  • I wish someone would have stopped that tenor sax from encroaching and totally destroying this song and the lead.

  • @dlognir I think if the sax was a problem Dr Clark would've done something about it!

  • @mrtheoneandonly83 ok son be a fool m out

  • @dlognir Believe me as a musician and a minister of music, ain't nothing wrong with the sax.... BTW I am not a fool!!

  • Aww Look At PRE STARDOM Karen @ 3:12 in the red dress.. And the late Mother Mattie Wiggley (bottom right) @ 3:21.. Man Im seeing SO MANY familiar faces in this choir! These were the days when EVERY choir member used to ANOINTINGLY SIIING on ONE accord!

Also my question is HOW COME those microphones of the 70's had SUCH a GREAT pick up range?.. I wish theyd bring them back!...

    You BETTER SAAAAANG IT BETTEH!!!

  • @ClarkFan4Lyfe OMG! THAT LADY SANG THAT SONG! You can't be around that and not have something rub off. #IlovetheanointingofGod

SN: It looked like PreStardom Karen was in the alto section on this one.

  • This is written by Professor Iris Stevenson

  • YES LORD! It does sound like Twinkie wrote it.

  • This song brings back memeories we used to sing this at our church in at Gethsemane Temple Church of God in Christ in Albion, Michigan

  • Oh Ok Thank You!

  • How can u get a cogic hymnal?

  • I think you can only buy them in Memphis at the COGIC publishing house or bookstore. If you ever go to one of the national meetings, there's usually someone there selling them.

  • I'm bout to go up off this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i love how high she is!!!!!! i think i wanna try this song out, lol

  • This song was originally taught at UNAC 5 in Chicago, IL. in the early '80's. Dr. Iris Stevenson wrote this song. The original keys are D-flat to B-flat, and flows with musical statements. This rendition sounds a little stressed-out and violent because the keys are hiked-up with a choppy gait.

  • I LOVE IT

  • Elvis!!! You killin me!!!
