  • My favorite motor for looks is the longram wedge, but this is close... or maybe a tie.

  • It's Christine's Big mouthed cousin.

  • i am a chrysler man to the end.

  • Chrysler styling scared the hell out of Harley Earl and he promoted the style of the 59 Caddy as a rebuttal. Whoops!

  • Wow, this is one sexy looking car, still think the 57's are the best vintage 300; IMHO. Would love to hear the engine running and a test drive.

  • When you look at an object of beauty, or even something ugly, at any given time you are only ever focusing on one point of it.

Our eyes are such that we can only ever focus on one thing at a time.

You may think you are looking at a pretty girl or perhaps maybe even the ugly car.

In truth you have taken a series of mental photographs and done the rest with your mind.

  • Baddest set of wheels ever to hit the road. Beautiful!

  • Stunning. One of the best looking cars ever produced.

  • exner`s finest creation.I have loved these cars for years. This was easily the finest american automobile of 1957 in terms of power and design, with its hemi engine and torsion bar front end

  • Very nice!

  • Dragsters run a version of the 426 hemi, NOT the 392 early hemi.

  • This was our first family car I remember along with our chopped 1940 Forde Coupe.

Our Chrysler was lipstick red. I remember how HUGE it was esp to a little kid and I thought it looked like it had eyes =) It also could haul some serious ass...it could move!

Good memories! TY for putting this up.

  • The 57 Chrysler is Exner at his best.

  • the 300 is way better then any cadillac ever made

  • This is just my opinion, but the 57-58 300s are the most absolutley drop dead gorgeous cars ever made, especially in black. And very fast. ooooooOO.

  • @411member Ive heard that they could move pretty good

  • @polaradude My Dad had one in the 60s that he bought used and ran 142mph on the dry lakes (El Mirage) they told him he needed to put a roll cage in it if he was to make more runs at those speeds.
