Seriously, I've been on a workingout kick and have been working with my son as well. Had the Naked Cowboy teach Noah a few tricks which meant the world to both of us. I have also been eating more fresh fruit and drinking more water and staying away (as much as I can) from pop (Coke, Pepsi). Starting to feel better.
