"quequette"= dick

what the singer -- the great Richard Gotainer -- is saying is that his life has always been led by his dick, that he has always followed the movement of his dick, starting with when he was born, where it is his dick which come out first etc. Enjoy!

One should also add that there is nothing crude in Gotainer's language -- « quéquette » is more a « childish » term and thus can sound very funny and light, it is not made to chock people. The whole lyrics are actually quite « poetic » and sophisticated, mainly in the way sentences are made and by re-using common language through an unexpected manner. Very difficullt to translate them in English ; one should just appreciate their lightness and childlike aspect.
