  • Good luck in trying to lose weight! although I am not or never have been anywhere near being morbidly obese I do love food and can understand how people can find comfort etc in eating! I wish you all the best in what can be a very frustrating struggle with weight! xxxx

  • i hope i die im 15 182 and 5,9 god i hope i die die die die fuuuuuckckkckckckc meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • why dont u stop making these videos and actualy get off your ass and lose some weight u fat sack of shit..

  • okay when your doing your day to day chores instead of standing just jog in place

  • don't tire yourself out with excercise!!! It only helps slightly overweight people lose weight. Obese people would just get very tired out from slight excercise and unknowingly eat more calories. imo you should start thinking of any non-super-healthy food as a mortal enemy. You shouldn't be tasting anything sweet or fried ever.

  • Try living in rural Japan. You won't be able to GAIN enough weight.

  • Ya know, this lady has a lot of good points to share. This is very tastefully and respectfully done. Good job!

  • how many books did you eat? and find a treadmill that hold your weight and stay on it till you loss afew tons you fat fuck

  • What you are doing is fair. One day at a time. I am a female 5'11 and just over 200

My beau however, is 6'3 and about 175!!! Those numbers are driving me nuts!!! I see him too skinny, and he sees me as too fat! We get along great other than the weight thing!! Help!!!

  • As once said on Penn & Teller's bullshit by a former fat man... just stop eatin' so fuckin' much!

  • Stuff u see in the media gives a really one-sided view of people who are morbidly obese... its really interesting to hear from your side of things, and encouraging to hear that some ppl in your position actually work to lose weight using all those ways you listed, rather than just having gastic bands and the like fitted. Thanks for expanding my perspective

  • pro tip................lose weight!

  • sssssss

  • Obesity is not a disease. It's a result of an unbalanced mental state. As food has become more convienient, emotional eaters are eating all of the time; when the fact is, exercise is what the body needs to deal with stress. Overweight people are becoming self-obsorbed and eating four to five times the normal portion of food. People in third-world countries need food, and these people are eating themselves silly. The excuses of obese people are starting to annoy the rest of the world.

  • @BlackThunderDe Unbalanced mental state=disorder. What is so hard to understand here?

  • Exercising isnt always fun, and there have been a couple of activities that I have taken up to get me more active. I like being out with nature so Ive been taking my parents dogs out for walks more frequently, either around the neighborhood or in some of the local parks. Also when mowing my lawn I dont use a riding lawn mower. Dancing a great way to exercise as well. I have to say that some of my weight loss came from playing DDR with my friends. Keep up the great work and positive attitude!

  • thank you for posting and keep up the good work..i will now be following your progress

  • For me, I hate to say it, but it's all about what I eat. Exercise is important for the health of all creatures, but no amount of exercise can keep up with what I like to eat. It's so depressing for me to strain myself into a sweat on an exercise bike and then look down at the LED display and see that I've only succeeded in burning off about 6 oz of skim milk. Then I think about the boxes of snack cakes I like to eat and realize it's got to start with calorie control first. I just hate it. :-(

  • Changing how we look at food and its purpose is one key. If we stop looking at it as a friend & start looking at it as fuel 4 our body, those snacks begin 2 lose their power. I began 2 look at nutritional value & paying attention 2 how I feel when I eat the crap. I feel much better & more energetic when I eat healthier & less. Do I eat an occasional sweet? Yes, but not obsessively. Am I improving my health & fitness? Slowly, yes. You deserve it. Food is not worth sacrificing your health.

  • @JoanLandis yeah theres a phrase that may help "

"nothing tatse as being healthy feels" some people put thin in place of healthy

  • i don't know if you like boxing but, that's pretty fun and it burns a ton of calories even while sitting down and i'm theres a guy on youtube i think it's makingthebest09 he has these videos and they are like between 5-7 minutes and he said all his workouts can be done sitting down and they music is prety fun and upbeat!

  • I have heard of him before and need to check him out. I have been doing my old Richard Simmons tapes off and on. My knees are getting better every day and I need to push it more. Sorry it took so long for the reply. I have not been on you tube as much. Too busy looking for a job. God Bless!

  • Is there a community pool or Y where maybe you could request that something like that be started? It was nice & those just starting out did enjoy the solidarity of it. Or even land classes would be good. See if you can get it started........Let me know if it happens, or if I can help in some way. Good Luck! God Bless!

  • I wish my community had an exercise class that was strictly for really large people. It would be so helpful. I think it wouldn't be so humiliating if every one in the class had morbid obesity. I think it would take away some of the shame and embarrassment about appearance or not being able to keep up.

  • PS I used to be afraid to go to the gym. I was too self conscious. I finally joined and quickly learned there are people of all sizes there. Nobody cares what you look like. This is especially true if you walk in like you own the place! LOL

  • That is right. I go 2 a Planet Fitness & they call themselves the "judgement free zone" & I love it. There R all types of people there & it is one of the few places that I've been where I can say I do not get stares & whispers. After several warnings, they kick people out who are consistently inappropriate. Great place

  • I truly feel for you. I know this is so hard. Yes, weight does just creep up on you. It is funny because I have been heavier and lighter than I am now. However in my head, I have always been the same. I know this isn't true because of the different clothes I can or can't wear. It is strange how our mind can fool us. I wish you so much luck. Keep up the great attitude. :-)

  • Thank you so much for the support....I will do my best to keep the good attitude! God Bless!

  • In the video, I say it just happened, but I've worked on it 4 20 yrs. I discuss the lifelong process I've gone thru in the book I wrote "Oh My God...She's Huge!" It's happened B4, but I always ended up returning 2 my addictive ways. That could happen again, but each time the obsession 4 food is lifted, it seems 2 last longer & I've always just assumed one day it would B normal 4 me 2 eat this way. I hope the day has come. I just need 2 remain aware of all the factors that are involved.

  • I have 2 get more mobile, but I can't do the whole Gym experience for 2 hrs at a time yet, so I need 2 work other things in & I find that I am doing more with less pain and I am not thinking about it. I just need to keep going. We can do it and we are worth it!! God Bless!!

  • How do you just suddenly get control of yourself and start "eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are full" after many years of not being able to do this?
