Used this on another photo to make just the irises bigger. Worked perfectly in conjunction with liquify filter to reduce the resulting pupil size back to normal. Thank you so much for the tutorial!

Im having a difficult time with the brush. It's only drawing circles? Is there a different kind of brush or eraser tool? I am very new to this but your tutorial is very good. I am using Adobe photoshop 9.
