  • @kikiflynn

Thank you for producing your videos. I've had some health battles for over 1 1/2 years from accidents and injuries. I'm restricted from my passion, which is weight training. I'm on an overwhelming regimine of medications and I don't feel like myself any more. Someone just recommended yoga to perhaps assist with my health and anxious/panic attack issues. Your videos are the first I came across. Very inspiring! I've subscribed and plan to practice these techniques....

  • @stnspn44 so sorry to hear all the challenges you face. start with my yoga breathing video, warm up for everyone, and sun salutations for everyone.I hope as you add more veggies and natural foods, less junk and sugar etc, that you can begin to develop good health and start to give up the medicines. stay in touch...best in health, Kiki

  • @kikiflynn Thank you so much for your recommendations! I actually dieting techniques. I incorporate many natural foods and only natural sugars. I don't care to have processed "junk" in my system. I feel awful after that sort of food, so it's easier to just stay away from that. I really need aid in my digestion due to the meds. I haven't been able to process my proteins, healthy fats and complex carbs like I use to. I'm taking your advice and will begin tomorrow morning! Thank you!

  • @stnspn44 so glad you are inspired. A high quality natural digestive enzyme could be a great help to - you can get them at the health food store. Rather than just papaya try a well rounded one. It should be a big support. Sending my support on your path to health! Kiki

  • kiki is 100 % whole wheat bread ok to eat?

  • @skid272 i eat no wheat! more and more people seem to have wheat intolerance, or gluten intolerance. I suggest eating bread/wheat only once a day. and yes whole wheat is better than white....K

  • @robraab you can send me a message here on youtube...and if its really about yoga, i'll email you back...best, Kiki

  • @kikiflynn

what type of yoga is this ? and which one is the best? what are the differences between them?

  • @robraab this is from traditional Hatha Yoga. I will make a video to answer the details of your question, but there are differences. I practice ashtanga and hatha - that's what I've found to be best - from 30 years of practicing. But having an experienced teacher is extremely important.

  • How can you learn to control you stomach like that? I don't understand..

  • @plutoend99 in exactly the way i show you...start with the early exercises and practice every day...you'll get it with persistance...Kiki

  • This is hard but feels good just trying to get there.

  • cruella devill

  • wtf !!!

  • why avoid if you are trying to get pregnant? could it cause permanent damage to reproductive organs or anything?

  • @Gabingspongebob This is what i have been told by many indian teachers....so, best to avoid and not take any chances. I don't think it would damage, but it is an intense muscular action.

  • theres an alien in your body

  • @krissskrossss aaah! help....

  • Holly fuck D: I can't do that :(

  • im oddly very aroused

  • Hi there you are very nice and your video as well...funny though that on your channel advertisement of hamburger mc Donald’s style, of the worst kind are publicized...the paradox

  • Thank you....! Your videos really help me a lot...I have been practicing the nauli every morning now and my back hearts during the process...and Im wondering if I'm doing it wrong because of my back??? Or maybe I'm just to big to be doing nauli???

    Thank you :)

  • @mmbernardino for tow weeks just hold your breath out and draw the stomach in. try to wait and add the nauli part for a couple weeks till you have gotten stronger. Don't give-up...best, Kiki

  • wow I've heard of this from yoga teachers but never saw them or anyone demonstrate like that, incredible

  • @oneirishpoet thank you! well, hope you start practicing it...let me know, Kiki

  • Whoa! I don't even know if my stomach could do that! Incredible. I am so stoked that I found your channel!

  • @Neequu78 well i am stoked too! start slowly and always with an empty stomach...Kiki

  • very nice demonstration

but how do you release the center? that part I have been trying to find for years and it continues to elude me. Is it something that not everyone can do, like rolling the sides of the tongue up?

  • @mark55223 hey mark, no i think anyone can do it, its not genetic! when the stomach is all pulled in, think that you are squeezing the sides together to push out the center. look at your stomach while you try. I suppose its like learning to wink when you're a child, eventually you'll get it...best Kiki

    let me know....

  • @kikiflynn OK, that is helpful. I can sort of feel the squeezing in from the sides of the rectus muscle. But with the upper stomach still pulled strongly up and in, no center release happens. Do you release the whole uddyiana bandha vacuum when you release the center?

    thanks!

  • @mark55223 yes, you release uddyana, the abdominal rectus become firm, and the the center softens out.

just practice that over and over.... glad you're not giving up, Kiki

  • Hi, after exhaling into the pose, we've to hold the breath right while playing with the motion right? I had learned it that way & to suck the tummy in & out.. I haven't learned the sideway and rotation. Was mine the correct instruction? Thanks. By the way, you have amazing body & you're beautiful. Thanks for sharing. ;D

  • @TheCloudXTraining yes, you want to hold the breath out while you draw the stomach in, and then you can start trying the side motions. and good luck....and thanks...Kiki

  • @kikiflynn Thank you kiki! I'll promote this video on my social networks for u. :D

  • @TheCloudXTraining You are very sweet. I appreciate it. thanks...Kiki

  • wow! amazing!

  • @cosmlayla thanks!!! start learning too...Kiki

  • WOW!

  • @shiroirobin thank you...now give it a try...Kiki

  • Great video. No wonder you have wonderful flat tummy. How often do you practice and what are the main enefits of this?

  • @zodathegreat the benefits are superior digestion and overall great health, as well as a toned abdomen!

  • Wonderful to see a very clear demonstration. Excellent.

  • @rolandsc thanks!

  • that seems interesting but i have no idea how you isolated those muscles

  • @Creatiopoetic just like i explain, and plenty of practice. you can stand in front of a mirror or just look down at your stomach and squeeze away and you'll start to see it happen. Keep trying! Kiki
