@lemonsquash I out preforms the iPad to the tune of 40 to 1 in terms of power, it has hdmi, usb2 ports, its got a better batery and the latest e reading tech built in and a much better price point not to mention a kick ass graphics card, if you not married to Mac apps then its a no brainer

It appears to be basically a tech-users toy. Consumers would have little use for it. There's just that one prototype and probably no funds to build another one. Undoubtedly they'll have little customer support. They'll probably be lucky to sell 10,000 of those pads before they go out of business.

While that would be an awesome event to behold, I don't see it happening. Apple has a fan base that is just insane and who buy products as soon as they are released. Although, I do agree with you, this kills the iPad in specs alone. I'm definitely interested.
